Client Support
The Client Support team works with the other teams within IT in the support and delivery of services and technology for the entire FSCJ community. This team supports desktops and laptops, smart classrooms, and conference rooms. This team is Tier 1 support and works diligently to assist in adapting new technology and maintaining an ever-changing environment that spans multiple device types, locations, and technologies.
