About This Project
Campus Experience will be the new landing page for students entering myFSCJ. This Bolt-On project will exist within FSCJ’s ERP system and will provide a user friendly, secure, and easy way for FSCJ students to navigate PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functionality. Students will be able to easily manage classes, review financial aid status, and receive communications.
The Schedule Builder will provide the student and easy way to build a personal class schedule that fits their needs and availability, all in real-time.
Timeline
June-July 2025 – Vendor demonstrations and Proof of Concept agreement.
July 202 – Environment readiness and planning for POC. implementation, integration
August 2025 – Non-Prod POC implementation.
September-October 2025 – Product review and testing.
October 2025 – Adoption decision.
October – December 2025 – Implementation, communication, and roll out or backout.
Support
HighPoint Support will be available for FSCJ functional admin and technical team for support requests. Frequent bug fix and upgrade releases will be made available to be coordinated with Oracle’s CS PUM release schedule.
